Plug, Voltage and Certification Requirements by Market

Electrical requirements must be linked to the exact model, pump or lighting configuration and destination. A certification logo on a general catalog is not enough evidence for a purchase decision.

Define the destination first

State the country, voltage, frequency and plug type when requesting a quotation. Confirm whether the pump, transformer, lighting and cable arrangement are included in the same evaluated configuration.

Verify the exact scope

Ask which document or mark applies to the selected model and components. LONRICH can discuss UL, CUL, GS, SAA and BS options for supported configurations, but availability must be confirmed by model and market.

Keep records aligned

The quotation, sample approval, purchase order, labels, manuals and inspection checklist should use the same electrical specification. Any substitution should require written buyer approval.

Buyer checklist

  • Country, voltage, frequency and plug recorded
  • Model-specific certification option confirmed
  • Sample label and component details reviewed
  • PO and inspection checklist use identical specification
