How to Evaluate a Water Fountain Sample Before a Bulk Order
A sample is most useful when the review is structured. Test the product as a customer would use it, then test the information and packing as a warehouse would receive it.
Inspect before operation
Photograph all sides, compare dimensions and finish with the approved specification, and check stability, seams, visible repair, cable routing and pump access. Record any acceptable handmade or glaze variation.
Run a controlled operating test
Fill to the recommended level and observe water flow, splash, pump noise, lighting, heat and refill behavior. Repeat after stopping and restarting. Use the destination voltage and intended component configuration.
Review packing and close actions
Repack the product using the supplied materials and check protection around edges, bowls and ornaments. Send one numbered report listing accepted points, required corrections and the standard for the production inspection.
